3. Flavour Enhacers: Our company supplies enhancers, which are mainly used to emphasize and enhance the natural products. 4. Colours: Natural and artificial food colors are available in both powder and liquid form. 5. Emulsions: Our company produces flavour emulsions while combining flavour with cloud and colour, mainly used for thepreparation of cloudy soft drinks and ice lollies. 6. Bromine-Free Cloudifying agents: Florasynth produces Cloudy Forte and Cloudinol NBO which are cloudifying agents, free of brominated vegetable oill. When added to sugar syrup flavoured with a water soluble essence, cloudy Forte gives a very nuce stable cloud, characteristic of natural juices. The suggested dosage is 0.2-0.3 grams cloudy Forte per litre finished beverage of a 9-11% suger content. The dosage can be reduced when natural juice is added to the flavoured syrup. cloudinol NBO which is natural cloudy agent requires a higher dosage.
